(Dan Tri) - A land plot of more than 13 hectares, with 3 planned traffic routes, is about to be auctioned by Da Nang to invest in an urban service project worth more than 3,500 billion VND.


Recently, the People's Committee of Da Nang City announced that Mr. Le Quang Nam, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, has just signed a decision approving the plan to auction land use rights for public areas and urban services at the sports , entertainment and commercial complex project in Hoa Xuan ward (Cam Le district).

This land area is more than 13 hectares, of which the public and urban service land area is more than 10 hectares, the rest is the area of ​​3 traffic roads around the public and service area.

The starting price of the above land plot offered for auction by Da Nang city is expected to be more than 7.9 million VND/m2, land lease period is 50 years.

The auction of this land is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2025.

The purpose of the land auction is to invest in an urban service project with a total estimated investment of 3,531 billion VND, with a 36-month implementation schedule. The project on the land must have a construction density of less than 60%, a height of 7 floors and meet a number of other criteria.

Participants in the auction of land use rights must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the total value of the land plot; and be responsible for investing in construction and infrastructure connection for 3 planned roads around the land plot handed over to the State for exploitation and operation.
