National Economics University cooperates in training with the best private university in the US

National Economics University and Andrews University will jointly train the Bachelor of Business Administration program, majoring in International Business.

The program is organized and taught in Vietnam for 4 years; bachelor's degree is awarded by Andrews University; subjects in the final year are taught by Andrews University lecturers. In particular, students of the program will experience 1 week at Andrews University, in the US.

Representatives of the two schools signed a training cooperation agreement.

Associate Professor Dr. Le Trung Thanh, Director of the Institute of International Training, National Economics University, said that the training and cooperation agreement with Andrews University is one of the important milestones in expanding partnerships and cooperation.

“In the past, the school mainly cooperated with schools from the UK, but this is one of the first programs to cooperate with an American university,” said Mr. Trung. The US is one of the world’s leading economies, developing in science and technology, especially in the business field. Therefore, this cooperation brings a very good opportunity for students in the process of accessing the training program of American universities.

This program is awarded by an American university, and all training content complies with American training program content.

Full training in Vietnam will be an opportunity to help students save costs like studying abroad. They are also connected with American businesses as well as foreign businesses investing in Vietnam.

According to Associate Professor Thanh, to study the cooperation program with Andrews University, students need to have IELTS 6.5 or higher or equivalent foreign language proficiency. Before that, the International Training Institute will interview, evaluate the candidate's ability and advise to determine whether this is the right program for them or not.

He hopes that this will be one of the programs to promote comprehensive cooperation between the US and Vietnam, not only in the field of higher education but also in business and cultural exchange. He hopes that students will take advantage of this opportunity to access exchange programs with American universities.

The Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business in conjunction with Andrews University consists of 124 credits, with the environment responsible for training half. Students have the opportunity to transfer to Andrews University from the third year of study, with a maximum tuition support of up to 50%.

Andrews University, USA, founded in 1874 in Michigan, is one of the largest and oldest universities in the North Central region of the United States, classified as the oldest National University (150 years).
