Comrade Tran Hoang Loc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department attended and gave a speech to direct the Congress; attending the Congress were comrades representing the leaders of the Party Cells under the Party Committee of the Department of Justice including: Comrade Do Hong Quang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Department, Secretary of Party Cell 4; Comrade Doan Quoc Nhat - Secretary of Party Cell 5; Comrade Huynh Quoc Han - Deputy Secretary of Party Cell 3 and Comrade Do Cam Lai - Deputy Secretary of Party Cell 6 and 20/27 union members attending the Congress.
The Congress listened to the Summary Report, which emphasized the proud achievements of the Youth Union, from volunteer activities to participation in movements launched by the higher-level Youth Union. The report also frankly pointed out the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome to improve operational efficiency in the new term.
The Congress also passed a Resolution with 10 specific and practical targets , which will be the guiding principle for all activities of the Youth Union in the next two years. These targets not only focus on improving the quality of Youth Union activities, but also aim at training and educating Youth Union members in politics and expertise, contributing to the successful completion of the Department's political tasks.
Regarding personnel work, the Congress announced the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee on appointing the new Executive Committee of the Youth Union, consisting of 05 comrades. Comrade Thai Thi Duyen continued to be trusted and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Youth Union, comrade Pham Le Hoa was appointed as Deputy Secretary.
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Tran Hoang Loc praised the youth of the Department of Justice for their important contributions to the work of building a sustainable development unit. During the past term, the Youth Union has done a good job of propaganda, political and ideological education for youth union members in conjunction with the implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Innovating working methods; youth projects and tasks are deployed in combination with the implementation of the unit's political tasks; movements with great attraction and spread such as "Volunteering to develop the economy , society, protect the Fatherland", "Accompanying young people to establish a career" are maintained; volunteer activities for the community have contributed to ensuring social security policies. The work of building the Youth Union organization and participating in Party and government building has had many positive changes. Among the 6 outstanding Youth Union members introduced by the Youth Union to the Party, 6 comrades have been admitted to the Party.
At the same time, it is recommended that the Youth Union promptly overcome shortcomings and limitations; continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, focus on intelligence, analyze carefully, discuss deeply, clarify the causes of weaknesses and shortcomings, and at the same time propose scientific and effective solutions so that the Youth Union's work for the 2025-2027 term achieves more practical and comprehensive results. The Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Department requested the XII Youth Union Executive Committee to effectively implement the following contents:
Firstly, immediately after the Congress, the Youth Union Executive Committee must develop a program and action plan; assign specific tasks to each member of the Executive Committee. Based on the content, program, and action plan, strengthen inspection, supervision, interim and final reviews, draw lessons, disseminate and replicate advanced models and examples, promptly detect and take measures to overcome shortcomings and limitations.
Second, it is necessary to focus on political and ideological education, especially in conjunction with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; thoroughly grasp the Resolutions of the Party Congresses and the Youth Union Congresses at higher levels and at one's own level; regularly innovate and expand forms of activities and study, link Youth Union activities with understanding and implementing the unit's internal rules and regulations; clearly define the responsibilities of youth in the face of the unit's requirements and tasks in the new development stage.
Third, closely follow the political tasks of the unit and youth activities launched by the higher-level Youth Union to organize practical and appropriate action programs. Promote the vanguard, volunteerism and creativity of youth, regularly organize emulation movements, especially in communication work, disseminate the Party's policies and resolutions, and the State's laws and policies. Timely commend and honor collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements, creating motivation for union members to strive to excel in their work.
Fourth, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Youth Union Executive Committee. Innovate leadership methods and styles on the basis of upholding the principles of democratic centralism, collective leadership, and individual responsibility. Create solidarity and unity within the Executive Committee, while promoting the initiative, creativity, and sense of responsibility of the leader.
Fifth, it is requested that the delegates appointed to participate in the Executive Committee of the Youth Union and delegates attending the Congress of the Youth Union at higher levels continue to demonstrate exemplary pioneering spirit, strong political will, working capacity, moral qualities, lifestyle, and high sense of responsibility to lead the implementation of the Resolutions set forth by the Congress, bringing the Youth Union activities of the unit to continue to develop and achieve even greater achievements.
With the close direction of the Department Party Committee and the consensus of the new Executive Committee of the Youth Union, the 12th Congress of the Youth Union of the Department of Justice of Ca Mau province, term 2005-2027, has been a great success, opening a new period full of excitement, creativity and efficiency. We believe that the youth of the Department of Justice will continue to promote good traditions, unite, contribute to building a strong agency, and make positive contributions to the overall development of Ca Mau province.
