The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting informed that in the past 3 hours: Through monitoring on satellite images and weather radar images, it shows that convective clouds are existing and developing, causing showers and thunderstorms in Bac Ninh province, with a tendency to move towards Hanoi.

Meteorological experts warn of the possibility of: In the next 30 minutes to 3 hours, this cloud area will cause rain in Dong Anh and Gia Lam districts, then spread to inner-city districts of Hanoi such as Long Bien, Tay Ho, Ba Dinh, Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung, Hoang Mai, etc. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
