Director Tuyet Minh's mark at the 80th anniversary program - Glory of Vietnam People's Public Security

(NLDO) – Once again, Master Tuyet Minh's artistic portfolio is filled with pride.

The art program "80 years - Glory of the People's Public Security of Vietnam" was elaborately staged.

On the morning of August 17, at the My Dinh National Convention Center (Hanoi), the art program "80 Years - Glory of the Vietnam People's Public Security" directed by General Director Tuyet Minh took place in a solemn, sacred and emotional atmosphere. This is a special political - cultural event within the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (2005 - 2025).

The event was attended by General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man , and other leaders and former leaders of the Party and State. At the ceremony, the People's Public Security force was honored to receive the Gold Star Order for the 5th time - the highest award of the Party and State.

In that national event, Master – Choreographer – General Director Tuyet Minh left a deep impression when taking on the role of scriptwriter and general director. She created an artistic journey that was both solemn, majestic, emotional, and imbued with humanity – recreating 80 years of glorious history of the Vietnam People's Public Security force.

Tuyet Minh's modern theatrical storytelling

The program is structured into two parts: ceremony and festival, lasting more than 100 minutes, combining singing, dancing, music, drama with modern projection technology Mapping, 3D laser and Hologram. Under the direction of Tuyet Minh, each performance is not just a performance but a vivid slice of history, connecting from the early days of the revolution to the present.

From the image of the Nguyen patriot with Uncle Ho's footsteps in finding a way to save the country, to the climax of the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement, the August Revolution and the birth of the predecessor organizations of the People's Public Security force - all are told in a concise, heroic but still poetic artistic language.

The emotional highlight was the musical excerpt recreating the sinking of the battleship Amio Đanhvin in 1950, highlighting the image of the heroine Nguyen Thi Loi. From there, the audience not only saw the glorious feat but also sympathized with the sacrifice of the unknown soldiers.

Music exploited by Tuyen Minh, breath throughout the historical journey

Music was exploited by Tuyet Minh as the "soul" of the program. Familiar songs of the People's Public Security force such as Dear Policeman, People's Public Security March, and Pride of the Police Soldier resounded with pride.

Along with that are unique mashups (Vietnamese Soldiers - Hanoi People, Firecracker Call - On Him Lam Hill - Dien Bien Victory) that revive the heroic spirit of the nation.

Singer Dinh Hoai Thuong and his cello brought a moment of tranquility with "Return to Motherland" (Nguyen Van Thuong). Singer Dong Hung portrayed the portrait of a soldier marching through the song "The Road to the Front" (Tien Minh). In particular, Tung Duong with the ending "Glorious Mission" (Hoang Huy) brought the entire audience into a state of pride, ending with a majestic chorus.

What makes the program unique is the way Director Tuyet Minh brings the human element into the heroic pages of history. The People's Public Security Forces appear not only as steadfast heroes, but also as ordinary people with hearts and feelings, living and fighting for the people.
