According to the observation of the reporter of the Investment Electronic Newspaper - Baodautu.vn , the auction of 20 plots of land (lots LK01 and LK02) in Long Khuc area, Tien Yen commune, Hoai Duc district took place relatively peacefully, without the crowded scenes of people coming and going like the previous auctions.

It is expected that this auction will end soon and there will be no more all-night bidding. Currently, the highest winning price is 103 million VND/m2. The auction has not ended yet.

It is known that the plots of land auctioned this time have an area of 89 - 145 m2/plot, starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. Those who register to participate in the auction must pay a deposit of 130.8 - 212.6 million VND/plot (ie 20% of the land value calculated according to the starting price).

The meeting took place in the form of direct multi-round voting auction for each plot of land and at least 6 mandatory auction rounds. The common price step applied to the plots of land and in the auction rounds is 6 million VND/m2. The auction method is ascending price.

Previously, on August 19, Hoai Duc district organized an auction of 19 land lots (LK03 and LK04) in Long Khuc area, Tien Yen commune. All the land lots were successfully bid, the prices mostly fluctuated around 97.3 - 121.3 million VND/m2. The corner lot LK03-12 had the highest price at 133.3 million VND/m2.

Currently, 11/19 lots have been paid in full by the winning bidders, including the lot with the highest price. The remaining 8 lots have been committed by the auction participants to complete their financial obligations before November 27.
