Headquarters address of 34 provincial People's Courts and 355 regional People's Courts nationwide

The Supreme People's Court has announced the list of locations for the headquarters of provincial and regional People's Courts after their establishment.

Accordingly, the Supreme People's Court has just issued Decision No. 114 on announcing the list of locations of headquarters of provincial-level People's Courts and regional-level People's Courts, after being established under Resolution 81 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the establishment of provincial-level People's Courts and regional-level People's Courts; regulating the territorial jurisdiction of provincial-level People's Courts and regional-level People's Courts.

According to Resolution 81, after the merger and establishment, there are 34 provincial-level People's Courts in the organizational system of the People's Courts. Of these, 23 provincial and municipal People's Courts were newly established after the merger and 11 provincial-level People's Courts were not reorganized.
