The Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) said that the forum "Application of E-commerce and Digital Technology in Vietnam in 2025" chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade will be held within the framework of a series of events connecting the international supply chain (Vietnam International Sourcing 2025) from September 4-6, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City.
The event is expected to gather nearly 600 domestic and international booths, covering key areas such as manufacturing, export, cross-border e-commerce, logistics, electronic payments and digital technology solutions in business management.
Many leading Vietnamese corporations and enterprises, large financial institutions, and international e-commerce platforms from countries with developed digital economies will participate in the event.
In particular, through close coordination with a network of more than 60 Vietnamese Trade Offices abroad, the forum is expected to welcome over 300 international business delegations to seek opportunities to import Vietnamese goods, connect investments and transfer technology.
According to the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy, the forum is an opportunity for businesses across the country to meet, trade directly and connect for business cooperation, especially in the field of cross-border e-commerce with foreign partners.
At the same time, this is also an ideal opportunity for businesses providing digital technology solutions to promote their products and services to the right customers: from the manufacturing, trading, import-export business community to end consumers. Thereby, the event will contribute significantly to promoting the e-commerce market and accelerating the national digital transformation process.
Following the success of 2024, the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy invites units to participate and coordinate the implementation of main contents, including participating in exhibitions, business connections, attending forums and side events.
