100% of customers use non-cash electricity payment methods

If in the past, electricity bill payments were mainly made directly at home or at fixed collection points, now all electricity bill payments are made through electronic channels. The "coverage" of cashless payments for all customers is an important step forward for EVNHANOI in its strategy of digitalizing services, improving service quality and optimizing user experience.
One of the most popular methods chosen by customers today is to pay electricity bills automatically periodically through bank accounts. With this method, customers only need to register once at a bank that is linked with EVNHANOI, including banks such as BIDV, Vietcombank, VietinBank, Agribank, MB, Techcombank,SHB, ACB , VIB, Sacombank, VPBank, Maritime Bank, ABBank, LienVietPostBank, OCB... After completing the procedure, the banking system will automatically deduct money from the customer's account each month to pay the electricity bill according to the notification from EVNHANOI.
In addition to bank payment, EVNHANOI also promotes cooperation with payment intermediaries such as e-wallets Momo, ZaloPay, Viettel Money, VNPT Pay... to expand customer choices. Incentive programs such as cashback, points accumulation, and transaction fee reduction are implemented periodically, contributing to creating electronic payment habits in the community.
Customers can also make payments through many other convenient channels such as: National Public Service Portal, EVNHANOI website, EVNHANOI App or by scanning the QR code on the electronic invoice. Immediately after the transaction is completed, customers will receive a payment confirmation notification via channels such as Email, App or EVNHANOI website. At the same time, customers can easily look up payment history, download electronic invoices, check meter readings right on these platforms, contributing to improving transparency and proactive management of electricity spending.
The complete transition to cashless payments not only helps improve the efficiency of the power system, but is also in line with the Government 's orientation in promoting cashless payments and building a digital society. This is one of the clear demonstrations of the capital's electricity sector's commitment to innovation, modernization, customer-centricity and serving with smart, convenient and friendly solutions.
