Pursuant to Document No. 414/KH-UBND dated January 24, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Plan for Organizing the Hung Kings' Commemoration Anniversary and the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the year of At Ty - 2025; according to forecasts, during the Hung Kings' Commemoration Anniversary, the number of vehicles participating in traffic on some routes connecting to the Hung Temple Historical Site, Viet Tri City will have a sudden increase, posing a potential risk of traffic insecurity for practice cars and other vehicles participating in traffic.
To ensure traffic safety and order in the practice driving training on the road and create favorable conditions for vehicles of tourists from all over the world, the Department of Construction announces the adjustment of the driving practice route. Specifically, all driving practice vehicles are temporarily suspended from circulating on the selected road sections, including:
National Highway 2 section from km52+00 - km70+920 (from Viet Tri bridge to the entrance to IC8 intersection, Phu Ninh commune, Phu Ninh district); DT.325B section from km0+00 - km7+00 (from Tien Kien commune, Lam Thao district to Ha Thach commune, Phu Tho town); DT.325 section from km0+00 - km4+00 (from Tien Kien intersection to Phu Lo intersection); National Highway 32C section from km0+00 - km18+100 (from Military Zone 2 gas station to Phung Nguyen commune, Lam Thao district); DT.325C section from km0+00 - km4+100 (from IC8 intersection, Phu Ninh commune, Phu Ninh district to Tien Kien commune, Lam Thao district); National Highway 32C avoiding Viet Tri city from km0+00 - km21+100 (from Song Lo commune, Viet Tri city to Phung Nguyen commune, Lam Thao district); Nguyen Tat Thanh street, Truong Chinh street (Viet Tri city); road from Chu Hoa commune People's Committee to the intersection with Nguyen Tat Thanh street (Viet Tri city).
Implementation time is from March 29 to April 7 (ie from March 1-10, year of At Ty).
