While swimming in the sea, due to a conflict, a male student was brutally beaten by a group of teenagers, seriously injuring his face at Da Nang beach.
On the evening of May 21, Khue My Ward Police, Ngu Hanh Son District (Da Nang City) continued to investigate the suspects involved in the case of a group beating of a student.
The victim was PT (14 years old, living in Ngu Hanh Son District). According to Ms. NTN (41 years old, living in Ngu Hanh Son District, PT's mother), at around 5:00 p.m. on May 19, she received a call informing her that her son was beaten on the beach of Vo Nguyen Giap Street (Khue My Ward) by a group of about 10 teenagers.

Due to a conflict, when T. went swimming in the sea, he was beaten on the head, back, and chest. People tried to stop him, but the group of aggressive teenagers continued to beat him.
The victim swam to shore and ran to a nearby resort. However, because he did not have a phone with him, T. borrowed a phone to call his family.
According to Ms. N., her child was beaten at 3:00 p.m. but only then was he able to escape to call his family.
T. is being treated at the hospital.
The family has asked a lawyer to represent them and work with the police. The victim is still in the hospital, with injuries to his mouth, four broken teeth, and many other loose teeth, so he is currently unable to eat or drink. In addition, T. also has a headache and soft tissue injuries.
Some families of the teenagers who beat people also visited the victim's family. Because the case involves many suspects and is complicated, Khue My Ward Police are urgently concentrating their forces to summon them to verify and clarify. After determining full information, it will be provided to the press.
