At the Tan Trao Special National Relic Site, the delegation offered incense at Na Nua hut. Here, from May to August 1945, leader Ho Chi Minh stayed and worked to direct the preparation for the General Uprising and led the General Uprising to seize power throughout the country; Offering incense at Tan Trao communal house, where the National Congress was held on August 16 and 17, 1945, approving the Party's policy of General Uprising to seize power and 10 major policies of Viet Minh, electing the Vietnam National Liberation Committee, i.e. the provisional government with leader Ho Chi Minh as President.

The delegation offered incense at the Memorial Site of revolutionary predecessors and at the Central Propaganda Department relic site in the Tan Trao Special National Relic Site.

Comrade Dinh Thi Mai, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, presented gifts to the people of Thia village.

The delegation expressed their respect and remembrance of the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the founder and trainer of our Party, the genius leader of the Party and the nation, and pledged to study and follow his ideology, morality and style for the rest of their lives.
