The survey focused on the topic of Deployment and organization of implementation of the Central Government's policies and regulations on digital transformation; implementation of Project 06; reform of administrative procedures (TTHC) in a fully interconnected, online, and non-administrative manner; building digital government, digital society and functions, tasks and powers of local authorities at the commune level in Lai Thieu.
Reporting to the working delegation, Mr. Doan Tan Dung, Vice Chairman of Lai Thieu Ward People's Committee, said that the ward is focusing on implementing digital transformation; reforming administrative procedures in a connected, comprehensive, online, and non-administrative manner towards e-government, digital economy and digital society.
The Ward has established a Steering Committee, issued operating regulations, implementation plans, reviewed digital infrastructure, ensured the provision of online public services throughout the process; digitized records and results of handling administrative procedures to ensure infrastructure for the Ho Chi Minh City Public Administration Service Center Branch to perform and receive records without administrative boundaries.
Lai Thieu Ward People's Committee also raised difficulties, obstacles and recommendations for the city and the Central Government to have solutions to remove, in order to create favorable conditions in resolving administrative procedures for people and businesses, creating momentum for local socio-economic development in the coming time.
Speaking at the survey, comrade Nguyen Van Loi highly appreciated the results that Lai Thieu ward has achieved in deploying and organizing the implementation of the Central Government's policies and regulations on digital transformation, Project 06, administrative procedure reform... After more than 2 months of implementing the 2-level government model, the operation of the ward apparatus has been gradually stabilizing to meet the assigned tasks.
He requested Lai Thieu ward to quickly absorb the comments at the meeting to better implement the tasks and continue to improve the organizational apparatus, promote administrative procedure reform, digital transformation; need to innovate implementation methods, need to strengthen the force to support people in digital transformation work...
