Solidarity, responsibility, completing the goals of the 2025-2030 term

On the morning of July 29, grassroots Party Committees held Congresses for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Hau Minh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committees attended and directed the Provincial People's Procuracy Congress.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Trang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies attended and directed the Provincial Party Organizing Committee Congress.

Comrade Vu Thi Minh Hanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended and directed the Provincial Statistical Party Congress.

* In the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee has promoted the spirit of solidarity, made efforts to overcome difficulties, and exceeded the targets set out in the Resolution. Political and ideological work has had many innovations; organizing the study and implementation of directives and resolutions associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle has achieved remarkable results. Party building work has been deployed synchronously and closely; inspection and supervision activities have had many positive changes, maintaining discipline and order in the Party.

The staff and civil servants are increasingly standardized and improved in quality. The work of practicing the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities is carried out effectively, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety. Mass organizations operate actively, contributing to building a strong agency. Implementing the Party's policy, the arrangement of the apparatus is deployed effectively. The Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee (after the merger) has quickly completed the organization, ensuring smooth operation, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Development", the Congress set out the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the 5-year period 2025-2030. In particular, 3 key tasks were identified as: Innovating content and form, improving the quality of Party cell activities, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Strengthening discipline, public service discipline, promoting the responsibility of leaders, exemplary responsibility of cadres and Party members; Promoting the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th term) associated with studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh. Focusing on inspection, supervision and Party discipline; resolutely and persistently fighting, preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity. At the same time, continuing to streamline the organization, operating effectively and efficiently; enhancing the application of science , technology and digital transformation. Synchronously implement solutions to ensure the successful completion of the task of fighting injustice, mistakes, and preventing criminals and criminals from escaping.

The Congress also set out eight key targets for 2030.

Speaking at the Congress, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hau Minh Loi requested that the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy continue to effectively implement the Party's resolutions on building a rule-of-law state, streamlining the organization and apparatus; improving the quality of prosecution practice; focusing on ethics and political education for cadres and Party members; promoting digital transformation and application of information technology in the entire sector. Party Committees and leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy need to regularly lead and direct the continued building, maintaining and consolidating solidarity and unity in the entire Party Committee; effectively carry out the work of Party building and building the Procuracy of Tuyen Quang province to be increasingly clean and strong.

At the Congress, the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Party agencies was announced to appoint the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy, term XI, consisting of 15 comrades; the Standing Committee consists of 5 comrades; 2 comrades hold the position of Deputy Secretary and 5 comrades in the Party Committee's Inspection Committee. Comrade Nguyen Thi Mai Lap, Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Party agencies, was appointed to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary for the 2025-2030 term. At the same time, the decision to appoint the Delegation to attend the 1st Congress of Provincial Party Committees, term 2025-2030 was announced.

* In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has been united, proactive, and creative in leading and directing the implementation of the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws; actively advising the provincial Party Committee to comprehensively and synchronously organize and build the Party on all three pillars: Party organization, Party members; apparatus organization and personnel work; proactively and actively advising on the contents of arranging and streamlining the apparatus organization, merging the province, implementing a 2-level local government with many new tasks. The Party Committee actively and proactively advised on the leadership, direction, and preparation for organizing Party Congresses at all levels and the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The quality of Party cell activities has been improved, associated with the implementation of the model of "four good Party cells", "four good grassroots Party organizations"; The work of managing and improving the quality of party members is increasingly going into depth and has many positive changes.

For the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has set out 9 specific targets; key tasks and proposed many implementation solutions.

Speaking at the Congress, Nguyen Hong Trang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's agencies, requested that the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, build a clean and strong Party Committee, improve the quality of advice on Party building and organization work; continue to direct the implementation of Party building work well, strengthen solidarity and unity in the entire Party Committee; Based on the functions, tasks and work programs of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and the agency, clearly identify key tasks, lead the agency collective to continue to successfully complete assigned political tasks, promptly develop and organize the effective implementation of resolutions, programs, and work plans...

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's agencies on appointing the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, holds the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

* During the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial Statistics Party Committee has promoted its role as the political core, leading the agency to successfully complete the goals and targets set out in the Congress Resolution; promoting the tradition of solidarity, innovation and creativity in Party organization work. Party building work has been focused on, the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization have been increasingly improved. Notably, administrative reform has been carried out through a number of contents suitable to the professional requirements of the industry and specific agencies: Limiting the use of paper documents, switching to using software to manage documents and work records; implementing digital signatures, disseminating statistical information, sending reports and archiving.

Statistical surveys are converted to electronic declarations on computers or information collection forms using highly accurate electronic survey forms. Implement the Project to improve the organizational structure and improve the operational efficiency of the Statistical Agency in the spirit of Resolution 19-NQ/TW and according to the approval of the Ministry of Finance and the General Statistics Office; in the following years, continue to stabilize and rearrange the civil servant team, and transfer civil servants between units to promote the capacity and strengths of individuals.

For the 2025-2030 term, the Congress set out many targets. These include ensuring good compilation and provision of periodic and ad hoc socio-economic information to serve the direction and administration of the provincial Party Committee and government; completing 100% of the work program content assigned by the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and the General Statistics Office; 100% of Party cells and 30% of Party members are inspected and supervised...

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Vu Thi Minh Hanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Provincial Statistics Department in the past term. She hoped that each cadre and civil servant in the department would overcome difficulties and promote the spirit of setting an example, especially the leader; closely follow the province's policies and orientations to advise and develop statistical programs, plans and policies suitable to the province's conditions; further strengthen the work of data analysis, statistical forecasting, thoroughly apply information technology in statistical work to ensure honesty, objectivity, accuracy and timeliness; continue to arrange and perfect the organizational apparatus to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

The Congress elected 15 comrades to the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term; elected a delegation to attend the Provincial People's Committee Party Congress.
