Rename Ha Tinh Provincial Tax Department according to administrative unit arrangement

(Baohatinh.vn) - Ha Tinh province's tax department has 6 grassroots tax teams, in charge of managing 69 communes. Mr. Truong Quang Long - Head of the Tax Department of Region XI holds the position of Head of Ha Tinh province's Tax Department.

On the morning of July 1, the Tax Department held an online conference to announce decisions on organization and personnel to match the arrangement of administrative units.

The conference was deployed online to 385 locations nationwide. Provincial Tax leaders attended at the Ha Tinh location.

The conference was held online at 34 provincial and municipal locations.

At the conference, the Tax Department announced the following decisions: No. 2229/QD-BTC dated June 30, 2025 of the Ministry of Finance on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Tax Department; No. 1376/QD-CT dated June 30, 2025 of the Tax Department promulgating regulations on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of provincial and municipal taxes under the Tax Department.

Accordingly, 20 regional tax branches are arranged into 34 provincial and municipal tax branches for management to coincide with provincial administrative units. Regional Tax Branch XI is arranged into Ha Tinh Provincial Tax Branch and Quang Tri Provincial Tax Branch.

The conference also announced Decision No. 1377/QD-CT dated June 30, 2025 of the Tax Department promulgating regulations on functions, tasks, and powers of grassroots taxes under provincial and municipal taxes; Decision No. 1378/QD-CT dated June 30, 2025 on regulations on names, headquarters, and management areas of 350 grassroots taxes under provincial and municipal taxes.

- Ha Tinh province's 1st base tax office, headquartered in Thanh Sen ward; management areas include: Thanh Sen ward, Tran Phu ward, Ha Huy Tap ward, Thach Lac commune, Dong Tien commune, Thach Khe commune, Cam Binh commune, Cam Xuyen commune, Thien Cam commune, Cam Due commune, Cam Hung commune, Cam Lac commune, Cam Trung commune, Yen Hoa commune.

- The 2-level tax office of Ha Tinh province, headquartered in Thach Ha commune; management areas include: Thach Ha commune, Toan Luu commune, Viet Xuyen commune, Dong Kinh commune, Thach Xuan commune, Loc Ha commune, Hong Loc commune, Mai Phu commune, Can Loc commune, Tung Loc commune, Gia Hanh commune, Truong Luu commune, Xuan Loc commune, Dong Loc commune.

- The tax base of 3 Ha Tinh provinces, head office in Nam Hong Linh ward; management area includes: Bac Hong Linh ward, Nam Hong Linh ward, Tien Dien commune, Nghi Xuan commune, Co Dam commune, Dan Hai commune.

- The 4-province Ha Tinh base tax has its headquarters in Son Giang commune; the management areas include: Huong Son commune, Son Tay commune, Tu My commune, Son Giang commune, Son Tien commune, Son Hong commune, Kim Hoa commune, Son Kim 1 commune, Son Kim 2 commune, Duc Tho commune, Duc Dong commune, Duc Quang commune, Duc Thinh commune, Duc Minh commune.

- The base tax of 5 Ha Tinh provinces, headquartered in Huong Khe commune; the management area includes the communes: Huong Khe, Huong Pho, Huong Do, Ha Linh, Huong Binh, Phuc Trach, Huong Xuan, Vu Quang, Mai Hoa, Thuong Duc.

- The tax base of 6 Ha Tinh provinces, headquartered in Song Tri ward; management areas include: Song Tri ward, Hai Ninh ward, Hoanh Son ward, Vung Ang ward, Ky Xuan commune, Ky Anh commune, Ky Hoa commune, Ky Van commune, Ky Khang commune, Ky Lac commune, Ky Thuong commune.

Mr. Truong Quang Long - Head of Tax Branch Region XI was appointed to hold the position of Head of Tax of Ha Tinh province.

At the conference, the Tax Department also announced decisions on appointing officials to tax leadership positions in 34 provinces and cities.

According to Decision No. 1558/QD-CT dated June 30, 2025 of the Director of the Tax Department, Mr. Truong Quang Long - Director of the Tax Department of Region XI holds the position of Head of Tax of Ha Tinh province. Ha Tinh province Tax has 3 Deputy Heads of Tax: Mr. Tran Nghi, Mr. Duong Hong Linh and Mr. Le Quoc Dung.
