Comrade Dang Hong Sy was assigned to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Dang Hong Sy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, disseminated a number of contents during the Congress.

The assignment of comrade Dang Hong Sy to the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee was made on the basis of Conclusion No. 03-KL/TU, dated October 17, 2025 of the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.

This is an important step in the key personnel work of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee after the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Thereby, it aims to ensure continuity in leadership, direction and implementation of socio -economic development, national defense and security tasks of the locality.

The personnel restructuring demonstrates the unity and initiative of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee in reorganizing the apparatus, contributing to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership and comprehensive direction of all aspects of the Provincial Party Committee's work in the new period.

Comrade Dang Hong Sy, 49 years old, from Ha Tinh province, has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, a Master's degree in Business Administration, and a Senior degree in Political Theory. Before working in Lam Dong, he held many key leadership positions in Binh Thuan province such as: Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Secretary of the Ham Thuan Nam District Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, and Deputy Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Dang Hong Sy is also a delegate of the 15th National Assembly, term 2021 - 2026, member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education.

In July 2025, he was transferred and appointed to join the Lam Dong Party Executive Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. In October 2025, he continued to be appointed to join the Party Executive Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; now he is assigned to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.
