At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term XVI, 2025 - 2030, elected 15 comrades to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030. Comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, term XV, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, continued to be elected as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, term XVI, 2025 - 2030 with 55/55 votes, reaching 100%.

Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, XVth tenure, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Comrade Bui Van Khang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, XVth tenure, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Comrade Vu Quyet Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, XVth tenure were re-elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, XVIth tenure, 2025 - 2030 term, with 55/55 votes, reaching 100%.
