From November 4-8, students were taught knowledge and information about Ly speaking and singing - National intangible cultural heritage; the origin of Ly speaking and singing art of the Co Tu people; and analyzed the similarities and differences in this type of art activity in each locality by experienced Co Tu artisans.

Students are also introduced to the methods of speaking and singing logic; guided in practical skills, performance skills, and application of the methods of speaking and singing logic of the Co Tu ethnic group in Dong Giang district.

Speaking and singing are impromptu forms of cultural activities of the Co Tu people. The beauty of speaking and singing is using an image to indicate an event, using unique metaphors. Speaking and singing also focus on propagating the elimination of bad customs; mobilizing people to unite and help each other develop the economy , culture, and build new rural areas...

At the closing conference, Dong Giang District People's Committee awarded certificates to 65 students participating in the training class on speaking and singing logic.
