Accordingly, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province assigned the Department of Education and Training to preside over the review, arrangement, and recruitment of teachers and staff to ensure sufficient quantity and reasonable subject structure to meet the organization of teaching 2 sessions/day, and to avoid the situation of having staff but not recruiting.

Instructions on signing teaching contracts to promptly supplement the number of missing teachers according to regulations, not causing a shortage of teachers due to organizational arrangements, affecting students' learning.

Develop training programs and plans, and foster professional and technical skills according to the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training for management staff, teachers, and employees; ensure the requirements for effective implementation of 2-session/day teaching.

Develop a plan to implement 2-session teaching/day at general education institutions in the province from the 2025-2026 school year in accordance with local conditions according to the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training in the spirit of 6 clear: "Clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear time, clear results".

Assign the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with the Department of Construction, the Department of Finance and relevant agencies and units to review the current status of existing facilities, propose plans to upgrade, renovate or invest in new classroom systems and auxiliary works. Summarize the funding needs for organizing 2 sessions/day teaching in the province and send them to the Department of Finance for appraisal and handling according to regulations.

For summer activities, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province requires promoting propaganda to prevent accidents, injuries, drowning, violence, and child abuse; encouraging and mobilizing artists, artisans, athletes , and experts to organize cultural, artistic, and sports activities and develop talents.

Building a suitable environment for learning and using foreign languages ​​in the community, healthy recreational activities, attracting children, pupils and students to participate, contributing to educating ethics, lifestyle, cultural behavior and life skills.

Schools assign summer duty in conjunction with coordinating to handle situations during the rainy and stormy season; reviewing and repairing facilities for the new school year; ensuring security, fire prevention, and theft prevention; closely coordinating in managing and monitoring students with special circumstances who are at risk of dropping out of school or being drawn into illegal activities; proactively supporting, educating, and coordinating intervention when necessary.
