Further breakthroughs in goals, tasks and solutions for private economic development

On the afternoon of April 14, at the Government Headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh - Head of the Steering Committee for the development of the private economic project chaired a meeting of the Government Standing Committee with the Steering Committee to give opinions on the project before submitting it to the Politburo .

Concluding the meeting, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated that in order to complete the Project, it is necessary to make further breakthroughs in viewpoints and objectives, increase labor productivity, and investment efficiency. Accordingly, the objectives must be higher than what we are capable of doing, and of course, they must be feasible, in order to create pressure and motivation. The issue is determination.

Regarding the tasks and solutions in the Project, the Prime Minister also requested that the solutions must be more innovative to achieve the set goals; the viewpoint is to create motivation, inspiration, inspiration, and connection between targets, tasks, solutions, viewpoints, leadership and direction mottos.

The guiding viewpoint and ideology must be concise but clear, and related to other issues to create momentum and motivation, placed in the overall development of the country, innovation and breakthrough.

It is necessary to ensure smoothness, including transport infrastructure, climate change response, green growth, science and technology, etc., thereby reducing costs and increasing competitiveness for goods; institutions must reduce compliance costs, inconvenience, and harassment; governance must be smart, reducing unnecessary travel, inconvenience, and harassment; increasing digitalization so that the private sector can carry out state management procedures; equal access to the country's resources; increasing competitiveness; complying with the laws of competition, the laws of supply and demand, and value, etc.
