Con Tien urban area has an area of 30 hectares, the planning of which has been approved by the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, but up to now, the project has not yet handed over the land fund to the investor due to the incomplete site clearance.

The Con Tien Urban Area has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for planning and issued management regulations according to the adjusted detailed construction planning project 1/500 on October 6, 2021. This is a project invested by Dat Phuong Group Joint Stock Company.
The project's investment policy was adjusted on December 17, 2021 and the environmental impact assessment report was adjusted on January 21, 2022.
The investor of this project has spent nearly 1,000 billion VND on site clearance, construction of the entire urban infrastructure, and investment in building 64 houses by the end of 2021.
This is a project that the state compensates for site clearance and allocates land to enterprises. According to the investment progress, the state agency will hand over the entire land fund for project implementation in the first quarter of 2017.
In fact, the project has not yet handed over all land to the investor due to problems with some households with an area of 0.6 ha/31.1 ha of the entire project that has not been compensated for.
Since May 2021, the investor has submitted a request to determine the land use fee and land rent payable for the project, and at the same time mobilized nearly VND 1,000 billion to ensure readiness to pay to the local budget on schedule.
According to Dan Viet reporter's records, some subdivisions in the project have built 3-storey townhouses.

Project construction equipment shows signs of rust due to long-term disuse.

In 2024, this enterprise has planned to implement the Con Tien project. In which, the enterprise will complete compensation and site clearance for the remaining area.
At the same time, complete legal procedures, ensure sufficient conditions for sale; determine the land use fee collection level of the project and fulfill financial obligations on land for the allocated land area.
This is one of the four projects that the People's Committee of Quang Nam province agreed to pay Dat Phuong for the land fund after winning and completing the investment project to build the Km0 + 317 bridge (De Vong bridge) on the northern approach road to Cua Dai bridge - Hoi An city under the form of build - transfer (BT contract).
