2023 is the 10th time Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival is held with the theme "Khanh Hoa - Aspiration for Development", Sea Festival 2023 takes place from June 3 to June 6 focusing on activities showing the harmony between traditional cultural colors of the nation with contemporary and modern cultural colors. Currently, all preparations are being urgently completed by the Organizing Committee so that Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival takes place as planned.
The main program is held every night at April 2 Square, Nha Trang City, including: Opening Ceremony of Sea Festival 2023 with the theme "Khanh Hoa - Bright Aspiration" (at 8:00 p.m. on June 3, broadcast live on VTV1 of Vietnam Television); Art program "Khanh Hoa - Connecting Love" (at 8:00 p.m. on June 4); World Music Festival Program "Ocean Echo" (at 8:00 p.m. on June 5) and Closing Ceremony of Sea Festival 2023 with the theme "Khanh Hoa - Solidarity towards the future" (at 8:00 p.m. on June 6, broadcast live on KTV channel of Khanh Hoa Radio and Television Station).
In addition, Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival Week 2023 also has many other activities and events such as: Basket Swimming - Basket Shaking Competition, Fishing Competition, Sea Rescue Competition...; artistic activities such as: Cau Ngu Festival, human chess competition, folk game "Ho hat bai choi", Cai Luong art performance, folk shadow dance...; scientific seminars, fine art exhibitions, art displays, sports activities, festivals, national and international tourism events...
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Thien, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Khanh Hoa province, to prepare well for the 2023 Sea Festival Program, Khanh Hoa province has strengthened state management in related fields, proactively directed the promotion of urban beautification, investment in infrastructure development, upgrading tourism facilities; directed to ensure good security and order, social safety, food safety and hygiene and especially disease prevention and control for each activity and event.
