In a recent post on social network X, leaker @UniverseIce said they had seen the render of the S25 Ultra and confirmed that this phone will have thinner bezels than any flagship currently on the market, including the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Xiaomi 15.

In addition, the tipster also posted details about the color variants of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. According to them, the phone will have four color options: Black, Blue, Gray, and White. All of them are finished with a titanium frame like the previous generation.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will measure 162.82 x 77.65 x 8.25 mm. So, the S25 Ultra is not only thinner than the S24 Ultra, but also longer and narrower.

Recently, all color options of the S25 Ultra have also been revealed. Accordingly, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have 4 standard colors: Titanium Black, Titanium SiliverBlue, Titanium Gray and Titanium WhiteSilver and 3 online exclusive colors: Titanium JetBlack, Titanium JadeGreen, Titanium PinkGold.

The camera layout of the device is still quite similar to previously leaked information, reaffirming the lens cover design inspired by the leaked Galaxy Z Fold6.

The S25 Ultra will use a 4-camera system on the back. The cameras include a 200MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP periscope lens with 5x optical zoom. Both telephoto cameras have PDAF and OIS. The phone is also said to use a new version of the 1/2.76-inch JN1 sensor for the ultra-wide camera, with a resolution of 50MP.

The device is expected to be equipped with a 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 12GB/16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal memory, running Android 15 with Samsung's One UI 7.1 and receiving software updates for 7 years.

The S25 Ultra is shaping up to be a significant upgrade over the current S24 Ultra. Samsung is likely to launch the Galaxy S25 series on January 22, 2025.
