The 2nd Phu Quy District Education Sector Volleyball Tournament

The Department of Education and Training of Phu Quy district has just coordinated with Ngo Quyen High School to organize the opening ceremony of the 2nd Phu Quy district Education and Training Sector Volleyball Tournament in 2023.

The tournament was held from October 22 to November 11, 2023, with 10 participating teams from 10 schools at all levels in Phu Quy district. Accordingly, the teams will compete in a total of 24 matches on Saturdays and Sundays.

The teams participating in the tournament were full of confidence, enthusiasm, determination to compete, trying their best in the spirit of friendliness and exchange. The tournament also attracted a large number of participants and enthusiastic cheering from teachers, officials, workers, students in the education sector and fans outside the sector to watch and cheer enthusiastically, contributing to improving and promoting the movement of physical exercise in general and volleyball in particular in the district. This practical and specific activity celebrates Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20) and Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20). At the same time, it aims to enhance health training among officials and workers in the education sector of Phu Quy district, creating a playground to help strengthen the solidarity and exchange between school units in the district.

Mr. Ta Ngoc Vien - Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Training of Phu Quy district, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the tournament said: This is an annual playground and exchange for teachers in the district's education and training sector, so it will continue to be organized in the following year. In addition, the Department of Education and Training of the district will also research and coordinate to organize other competitions such as badminton, table tennis, etc. to create a playground and exchange for teachers and workers in the education sector in the district.
