Ha Long Concert 2025 - The most magnificent art program ever

On October 21, at Quang Ninh Museum, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the Department of Industry and Trade to hold a press conference to provide information about the art program "Ha Long Concert 2025" and the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair - Autumn Winter 2025.

At 8:00 p.m. on October 29, at October 30 Square (Ha Long ward), "Ha Long Concert 2025" will take place - a special political art program organized by Quang Ninh province, broadcast live on QTV1, QTV3 channels and widely broadcast on Newspapers, Radio and Television agencies of provinces and cities across the country.

This is the largest art program ever organized by Quang Ninh province with about 30,000 spectators attending. This is also the largest number of spectators ever watching live, along with millions of viewers on television and digital platforms. Free tickets are distributed to people and tourists inside and outside the province.

The program with the theme "Heritage Spirit - Brightening the Future" opens a series of tourism stimulus events of the province in the fourth quarter of 2025, aiming to implement a breakthrough in developing a culture rich in Quang Ninh identity, associated with building cultural industry, heritage economy , night economy and urban economy in the spirit of the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress. This is also a practical activity to celebrate the 62nd anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh province on October 30 (1963 - 2025) and contribute to strongly attracting tourists in the Fall - Winter of 2025, creating a driving force for economic growth for the locality.

With a large scale, gathering the top singers in Vietnam, a professional creative team and the most modern stage, sound and lighting system, the program promises to bring a grand and emotional musical feast.

The 120-minute program includes 4 main parts: Introduction; announcement of the reason for introducing the delegates; reportage "Quang Ninh 62 years of construction and development"; special art performance combined with high-altitude fireworks display. The art performance is elaborately staged with 3 chapters that are consistent and emotionally connected: Chapter 1: The sacred land - Aspiration to rise; Chapter 2: Breakthrough to overcome difficulties - Aspiration to innovate; Chapter 3: Quang Ninh future - Aspiration to rise.

The highlight of the program is the creativity between real-life scene - art performance - reportage - exchange. In particular, there is the participation of famous singers and influential artists such as: Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, singer Tung Duong, Vo Ha Tram, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Duc Phuc, Phuong My Chi, Dong Hung, Bao Anh, Phuong Ly, Lam Bao Ngoc, Nguyen Hung, Rapper Rica, Oplus group, drum solo Thu Ha with actors and artists from Ha Long University, Then singing club Tinh Binh Lieu, Quang Ninh Youth and Children's Cultural Palace. Up to now, the preparation work is being urgently carried out.

To create a closed chain of events, activities and services, along with "Ha Long Concert 2025", Quang Ninh province also organizes events at the same time, including the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair - Autumn Winter 2025 held from October 28 to November 3 at the Quang Ninh Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace (Tran Quoc Nghien Street, Ha Long Ward, Quang Ninh Province). The opening ceremony of the Fair will take place at 7:30 p.m. on October 28, 2025 on the stage inside the Quang Ninh Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace.

The Quang Ninh OCOP Fair - Autumn Winter 2025 is organized with a scale of 160 booths on the first floor of the Quang Ninh Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace. This year, the exhibition booth area, displaying products, will also be renewed in terms of exhibition content. In addition to the typical OCOP products that have been ranked, there will be propaganda and exhibitions about the province's socio-economic development achievements; the stage will also be reduced and integrated with art programs of communes, wards, and special zones in the province... Environmental protection, security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and disease prevention will also be absolutely guaranteed during the fair.

Goods displayed, introduced and sold at the fair are diverse, rich, ensuring standards according to regulations. Booths strictly follow the price listing and origin of products. The Fair Organizing Committee coordinates with functional forces to regularly check the quality of goods displayed at the fair, strictly handle organizations and businesses that violate the quality of products displayed at the fair according to regulations.
