and philanthropists organized to support the construction of two charity houses for households in especially difficult circumstances in Binh Lieu and Luc Hon communes.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Disabled, along with the Chinh Tam Ha Long Charity Group and Quang Ninh charity clubs and groups, presented a total of 140 million VND to two households: Mr. Cam Van Vung (Tung Cau village, Binh Lieu commune) and Mrs. Phun Si Mui (Ngan Phe village, Luc Hon commune).
The family of Mr. Cam Van Vung has a son named Cam Van Vinh (26 years old) who is severely disabled and in extremely difficult circumstances. The Chinh Tam Ha Long Charity Group supported 60 million VND to build a house. Mrs. Phun Si Mui is the main breadwinner in the family. Her husband died of a serious illness and she is currently raising two small children in poor conditions. The family received 80 million VND from Quang Ninh charity clubs and groups.

Both households are living in long-built rammed earth houses that are now seriously degraded, not ensuring living conditions and safety, especially during the rainy and stormy season.
With the connection of the Provincial Association for the Protection of the Disabled and the support of benefactors, households will be supported to build new houses this year; ensuring living conditions. This is a practical and meaningful work, contributing to helping disadvantaged households and disadvantaged people have a stable place to live, gradually overcome difficulties, and improve their lives.
The activity is part of the program series "Connecting loving arms for the disabled and orphans in Quang Ninh" in 2025, demonstrating the spirit of sharing and community responsibility, aiming to leave no one behind on the development journey.
