DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF DONG NAI PROVINCE ORGANIZES FLAG ACTIVITIES, COMMENDS TYPICAL AND ADVANCED EXAMPLES AND LAUNCHES EMULATION MOVEMENTS

On the morning of October 20, 2025 , at the headquarters of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Dong Nai province , the collective of cadres, civil servants and employees of the Department attended the flag-raising ceremony at the beginning of the week in a solemn, exciting and meaningful atmosphere.

During the program, the Department of Foreign Affairs solemnly organized the awarding of the Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to comrade Thach Quy La - specialist of the Consular Department, who was recently honored as a typical example in the patriotic emulation movement of Dong Nai province for the period 2020-2025 at the 1st Dong Nai Province Patriotic Emulation Congress on October 15, 2025. In the Achievement Report in the period 2020-2025: comrade Quy La was honored as one of 20 outstanding ethnic minority youth nationwide; Typical example voted by the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations , from 2020 to present, comrade Quy La has received many Certificates of Merit from the Minister, Chairman of the Ethnic Committee, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations, and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Comrade Huynh Thi Be Nam - Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs awarded a Certificate of Merit and congratulated Comrade Thach Quy La, praising his sense of responsibility, efforts and practical contributions in consular work, contributing to the successful completion of the Department's political tasks.

On this occasion, the Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs launched an emulation movement among all civil servants and employees of the agency, calling on each officer to uphold the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and emulation to achieve achievements to celebrate the country's major holidays and strive to excellently complete the tasks in 2025.
