Hai Duong to reduce 294 commune-level officials and civil servants by 2025

The determination of the 2025 payroll will be carried out according to the 2022-2026 payroll streamlining roadmap of the Provincial People's Committee, ensuring a reduction of at least 5% of the payroll of cadres and civil servants and at least 10% of the payroll of public employees receiving salaries from the state budget in the 2022-2026 period.

According to this principle, the total number of civil servants in the state administrative agency is 1,792. Of which, 900 are assigned to departments, branches and sectors and 892 are assigned to district-level People's Committees.
