According to the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department, on March 12, 2024, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Official Dispatch No. 21/CD-TTg on strengthening fire prevention and fighting. In particular, it requires provinces and cities to improve the effectiveness of propaganda work, guidance on knowledge and skills of fire prevention, fighting, rescue and relief.
