This is an important meeting to announce the Decision on appointing the positions of Chief of Office, Deputy Chief of Office of People's Council and People's Committee; Head and Deputy Head of the Ward Cultural - Social Department.

Dismiss the position of Ward People's Committee member; elect the position of Ward People's Committee member; dismiss the position of Head of the Cultural - Social Committee of the Ward People's Council; announce the Resolutions of the Ward People's Council Standing Committee on the dismissal of the position of Deputy Head of the specialized activities of the Economic - Budget Committee and the Cultural - Social Committee of the Ward People's Council.

Announce resolutions of the Standing Committee of the Ward People's Council on approving the list of full-time Deputy Heads of the Economic - Budget Committee and the Cultural - Social Committee of the Ward People's Council; approve the adjustment of the budget estimate and the list of public investment projects expected to start construction in 2025.

To improve the quality of the resolution issuance of the Ward People's Council, the session devoted a lot of time to the discussion section so that delegates could thoroughly study and contribute their opinions to the reports and draft resolutions. The ultimate goal is to ensure that all decisions passed by the Ward People's Council are transparent, objective and effective; contributing to continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management in the area, consolidating the quality of service and people's satisfaction with the local government.
