Vietnam U19 women's team has passed the group stage with a perfect record of victories against Myanmar, Laos, Timor Leste, scoring 16 goals to win the top spot in group A. Coach Okiyama Masahiko and his team will face Indonesia U19 in the second semi-final of the Southeast Asian U19 women's team.
Before the semi-finals, the coaches of both teams shared their thoughts before the semi-final match. The coach of the Vietnam U19 women's team, Okiyama Masahiko, commented on the match: "In the semi-final match, the opponent has a big body, good speed and a specific playing style. We have to analyze and prepare a very careful plan for this match.
After 3 group stage matches, the team has carried out most of the plans. Scoring 16 goals, not conceding any goals but still limited in creating many scoring opportunities but still not taking advantage of them effectively. I am improving my students in finishing and scoring."

The second semi-final match between Vietnam U19 women and Indonesia U19 women will take place tomorrow (June 16), at 6:30 p.m., at Thong Nhat Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City. In the first semi-final match, Thailand U19 women will face Myanmar U19 women at 3:00 p.m.
