Nguyen Tat Thanh University students practice interview skills at the Tuoi Tre newspaper office.
Within the framework of the interview skills course, on September 6, second-year students of the creative communication faculty, Nguyen Tat Thanh University had a practical session at the Tuoi Tre newspaper office.
The highlight of the class was the participation of the film crew Red Rain - a film that is creating great attraction at the box office.
During the class, students observed the working process of Tuoi Tre newspaper reporters, from preparing the scene, setting up the camera, choosing the camera angle, to asking questions. Many students said that these are experiences that students would find difficult to fully imagine if they only learned in class.
In particular, students also participated in asking questions and discussing with the film crew members.
Actor Hua Vi Van (as Doctor Le in Red Rain) interacted with students at the Tuoi Tre newspaper office on the morning of September 6.
Actor Phuong Nam (playing Ta in Red Rain) was emotional during an online exchange and interview with Tuoi Tre newspaper on the morning of September 6.
Ngo Duy, a second-year student of the creative communication department, shared that he felt surprised and excited when he directly witnessed the way reporters interviewed actor Phuong Nam (playing the role of Ta).
Through that, Duy not only learned professional skills but also understood more about the historical values recreated in the film.
Many students were excited to directly experience the working atmosphere with Tuoi Tre newspaper reporters and interact with the film crew of 'Red Rain'.
Similarly, Mai Chinh, a second-year student of the creative communication department, said that today's class was more special than the theory classes, because witnessing the work of reporters helped students see the journalism process more clearly.
From how to ask questions to how to choose camera angles, all are details that can be applied immediately to the next exercises assigned by the teacher.
When meeting the character Ta (played by actor Phuong Nam), Mai Chinh felt very happy.
Representing the film crew, actor Phuong Nam expressed his joy at coming to the Tuoi Tre newspaper office and having the opportunity to talk with the students. He said he could clearly feel the enthusiasm, curiosity and eagerness to learn of the young people.

Meeting and interacting with the students gave me many positive emotions. I hope that the film crew’s efforts will not only stop at telling a historical story on screen, but can also inspire young people to love cinema more and understand more about the value of history and national culture.
