The seminar is a forum to discuss and clarify theoretical and practical issues in the 15th Army Corps related to the research task of the topic "Developing the theory of logistics support and strategic counter-attack techniques in the war to defend the Fatherland" of the National Defense Academy.

At the seminar, many opinions focused on discussing and evaluating the objective necessity and achievements and results of the 15th Corps in performing national defense and security tasks associated with economic development, economic development associated with national defense and security; the current situation of forces, materials, and technical equipment of the 15th Corps in peacetime and the difficulties when transitioning to wartime, especially the organization, use, and arrangement of logistics and technical forces in combat.

In particular, the discussion clarified that the 15th Corps carries out its tasks in the area with a particularly important position in terms of both campaign and strategy in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. In recent years, the 15th Corps has proactively coordinated with local Party committees, authorities and units to expand production, build residential clusters and areas, build potentials and defense and security posture in the area, contributing to maintaining political stability and social order and safety.

When war breaks out, the forces of the 15th Corps must both maintain production bases and conduct combat operations in various forms and scales. Ensuring logistics and technology for the Combat Corps is an important aspect, one of the factors that create the combined strength for the Combat Corps to win.

The Party Committee and Command of the 15th Corps have led and directed the development of resources, battle positions, plans, and combat plans in general, and logistics and technical support in particular. However, the 15th Corps has just had a new organizational structure, and its mission areas are wide and mainly in remote, isolated, and ethnic minority areas with 251km of border. Therefore, the work of logistics and technical support for combat missions and other missions still faces many difficulties.

In addition to successfully implementing the topic "Developing the theory of logistics support and strategic counter-attack techniques in the war to defend the Fatherland", the 15th Corps hopes that the National Defense Academy will continue to summarize practices, develop theories, and advise the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense to successfully carry out the task of national defense and security associated with economic development, and economic development associated with national defense and security in the strategic areas of the Central Highlands and the areas where the 15th Corps is stationed.
