The delegation included comrades: General Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA); General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense ; Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Minister of National Defense; Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Minister of National Defense.

General Phan Van Giang and the delegation of the 12th Party Congress of the Army, term 2025-2030, laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.

Attending the ceremony were members of the Party Central Committee, members of the Central Military Commission, leaders of the Ministry of National Defense, the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; and representatives of party committees of agencies and units under the Central Military Commission.

The delegation's wreath bears the inscription: "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".

Delegates attending the 12th National Congress of the Party Committee of the Army visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.

With infinite gratitude, the members of the delegation took a moment to respectfully remember President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of the Party and the nation, who directly founded, educated and trained the Vietnam People's Army.

Next, the delegation of the 12th Party Congress of the Army laid wreaths and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument of Heroic Martyrs (Bac Son Street, Hanoi).

Previously, at the Ministry of National Defense Hall, the preparatory session of the 12th Military Party Congress, term 2025-2030, took place. According to plan, on September 30, the 12th Military Party Congress, term 2025-2030, will hold its official session.
