Attending the conference, at the old Dak Nong bridge point, there were more than 80 investors, businesses, and cooperatives. At the bridge point, the opinions of businesses and cooperatives focused on raising difficulties in land issues. Ms. Bui Thi Khanh Hoa, Director of Dak Nong Clean Agriculture Joint Stock Company, Dong Gia Nghia Ward, said that recently, clean agricultural production has been combined with tourism to experience harvesting vegetables and fruits...

After the province merged, Ms. Hoa wanted to implement an investment project to develop agriculture combined with tourism and had to change the land use purpose before applying for a license. However, Ms. Hoa encountered some difficulties that have not been resolved to date.

Regarding this issue, Ms. Hoa suggested that the province should have a special working group or a group to resolve difficulties for enterprises after the merger of the province, with a "one-stop shop, one-stop shop" mechanism to receive and handle documents related to land and investment. Second, she suggested that the new Lam Dong province could select a number of pilot models of Framstay, Homestay... agriculture - tourism to serve as samples and then replicate.

Ms. Tran Thi Dac Vi, representative of Trung Du Saigon Investment Joint Stock Company, Bac Gia Nghia ward, said that she has prepared a financial source of 800 billion VND to invest in tourism development with the idea of "city in the forest, forest in the city" in Gia Nghia but encountered difficulties due to incompatibility with land use planning, overlapping with bauxite planning.

Responding to comments, Mr. Le Trong Yen, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, said that after the merger, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigned Lam Dong Department of Construction to guide construction on agricultural land. Regarding the overlapping of minerals, the Prime Minister is currently directing the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to remove obstacles for businesses in existing residential areas and socio-economic development projects.

Comrade Le Trong Yen said that Lam Dong province has 240,000 hectares of bauxite land. Responding to comments, he said that agricultural projects are not prohibited from being planted on mineral planning land, which is permitted by law.

"The important thing is how we deal with bauxite. Projects like the Saigon Trung Du Company must be in accordance with the planning of the province, industry, and country. Enterprises should have official documents so that we can determine what field the investment project is in, so that the Department of Finance, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and the locality will have a plan to respond and handle it. Bauxite mining can last up to 300 years. Therefore, departments and industries must evaluate economic efficiency so that we can choose projects, put bauxite planning into reserves or ban mining, and must comply with legal regulations," emphasized comrade Le Trong Yen.
Along with direct dialogue, investors, businesses and cooperatives listened to opinions from units, provincial leaders and representatives of relevant departments and branches.
