Training conference to improve writing skills for news and articles on Internal Bulletin and Electronic Information Page in 2022

On the morning of December 19, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a training conference to improve writing skills for the Internal Notice Bulletin and the Electronic Information Page in 2022. Comrade Be Thanh Tinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department chaired the conference.

The conference listened to comrade Be Thanh Tinh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, deploy Topic 01 with 2 contents including: Project No. 11-DA/TU, dated April 15, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee on "Innovation, improving the quality and effectiveness of the Newsletter "Internal Notice". Accordingly, the objective of the Project is to closely follow the guidelines and orientations of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the objectives of the Newsletter, well implement the innovation, improve the quality and effectiveness of the Newsletter in the direction of innovation in both content and form, meet the requirements of regular information in Party cell activities, timely and effectively serve monthly Party cell activities, and specialized Party cell activities. At the same time, the direction of propaganda to raise awareness of grassroots Party organizations, Party members, especially Party cell secretaries in effectively managing and using the Newsletter in Party cell activities, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of Party cell activities. Party cell activities, strengthening the Party's leadership, improving the combativeness of grassroots Party organizations, and building a clean and strong Party.

Project No. 13-DA/TU dated June 27, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee on "Building and operating the electronic information page "Cao Bang Propaganda" with the aim of building a systematic and comprehensive information page for directing and orienting all areas of the province's Propaganda work. Strengthening the direction and application of achievements of the 4.0 industrial revolution, diversifying the content and forms of propaganda and agitation, ensuring responsiveness, efficiency, and closeness to the target, improving the effectiveness of organization, direction and operation in the Propaganda system of the whole province; widely, promptly and effectively propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to cadres, party members and all classes of people, meeting the requirements of the task, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive Party and political system.

Next, comrade Sam Viet An, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, former Editor-in-Chief of Cao Bang Newspaper, presented a special topic on the basics of journalistic works; skills and expertise in how to exploit information, how to write news and articles on the Internal Announcement Bulletin and the "Cao Bang Propaganda" website.

Speaking at the training conference, Comrade Be Thanh Tinh, Head of the Propaganda Department, said that the Internal Notice Bulletin and the Cao Bang Propaganda Electronic Information Page are managed by the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. This is an important information channel, contributing to the propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws; policies and tasks of Party building, building the political system, developing the economy - society, ensuring national defense - security, and promoting patriotic emulation movements of the province.

The training conference aims to equip the knowledge and skills of writing news, articles and photos for the cadres, civil servants of the Propaganda sector and the team of collaborators in conveying information and orientations related to the field of Propaganda, contributing to improving the quality and diversifying the types of information, propaganda and necessary documents on the Internal Notice Bulletin and the "Cao Bang Propaganda" electronic information page.
