Women's Union of Company 715 (Army Corps 15) held the Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term

(GLO)- On October 10, the Women's Union of Company 715 (Army Corps 15) held a Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Colonel Khuat Ba Cao - Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Commander of Army Corps 15 - attended the congress.

During the 2021-2025 term, under the leadership of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company and the direct direction of the Political Department of the Corps, the women's work and women's movement of Company 715 achieved many outstanding results.

100% of women's associations and groups registered for the emulation movement "Women of Company 715 are intelligent and brave, completing their tasks well, building happy families, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era"; 90% of associations and cadres and members completed their tasks well and excellently, of which over 20% achieved the title of "Excellent Strong Women's Association", "Excellent Association Cadre", "Advanced Women's Association Member", "Excellent Women's Association Cadre", "Excellent Women's Association Member".

The work of caring for the lives and supporting members in difficulty has been carried out effectively. The Association has helped 325 members in difficulty with a total budget of nearly 800 million VND; supported 11 members to build houses from the funds "Kindness", "For the poor", "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" worth 50-80 million VND/household; launched 1,122 working days to help members overcome difficulties and rise up.

The emulation movement to win, associated with women's movements, was vigorously implemented, creating motivation for members to successfully complete assigned tasks. During the term, 14 members were admitted to the Party, 7 comrades participated in the Party Committee, affirming the role and position of women in building the Party to excellently complete its tasks, and the Company to be strong in all aspects, "exemplary and typical".

Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Congress determined the direction: Promoting bravery, intelligence, discipline, and humanity; accelerating digital transformation; building women of Company 715 to be united, exemplary, creative, confident, and developed, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks and building an excellent and strong Association.
