Check, monitor and prevent violations early and remotely

(GLO)- Inspection and supervision are not only tools to maintain discipline and order within the Party, but also important solutions to prevent violations early and from afar.

With a proactive and innovative spirit, many grassroots Party committees in the province have implemented comprehensive and substantive inspection and supervision work, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and consolidating people's trust.

Promote proactiveness in inspection and supervision

The Phu An village Party Cell (Chu Se commune) has 13 party members. Up to now, the Party Cell has completed the inspection and supervision (KTGS) work in 2025. Party Cell Secretary Le Viet Bich Hue said that during the year, the Party Cell inspected 1 party member on the performance of duties according to Article 2 of the Party Charter and regularly supervised 1 party member in the implementation of the Political Platform, resolutions, directives and regulations of the Party. Through the KTGS, all party members strictly complied, with no violations.

The Chu Se Commune Party Committee currently has 2,711 party members operating in 90 affiliated grassroots party organizations. After implementing the two-level local government model, the Commune Party Committee issued the 2025 Economic Development Plan and the 2025-2030 full-term program, clearly identifying the focus and key points.

Deputy Standing Secretary of the Commune Party Committee Rah Lan H'Thanh said: The Commune Party Committee's Inspection Committee has advised the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to establish 3 inspection teams at the Party cells: Hung Vuong Primary School, Dun Beu village, and Doan Ket village. Thereby, promptly correcting shortcomings, strengthening discipline and order in the Party, ensuring unified leadership, and at the same time promoting the initiative of the grassroots.

In Phu Thien commune, the Party Committee determined that the work of inspection and supervision must focus on prevention; proactively detect, stop and overcome shortcomings as soon as they arise. The emphasis is on strengthening regular supervision, considering this as one of the key tasks, especially in the conditions where the local government is organized according to the 2-level model that has just come into operation.

According to Secretary of Phu Thien Commune Party Committee Vu Hong Duy, the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee has directed the Party Committee's Inspection Committee to put sensitive areas that are prone to negativity such as land management, construction order, administrative reform, digital transformation, etc. into the focus of KTGS.

“Through regular monitoring, the Party Committee promptly discovered the encroachment of the traffic safety corridor at Phu Thien market, causing loss of aesthetics and traffic safety. Immediately after that, the Ward Party Committee directed the Market Management Board to coordinate with relevant departments to remedy the situation, restore order, ensure a clear and safe business environment, and strengthen people's trust,” said Mr. Duy.

Meanwhile, in Binh Dinh ward, after successfully organizing the 1st Party Congress of the ward, term 2025 - 2030, the Party Committee's Inspection Committee proactively advised on building a KTGS program for the last months of 2025 and the entire term.

Innovate methods, improve inspection and supervision efficiency

In the context of implementing the 2-level local government model, the work of KTGS requires streamlining, efficiency, timeliness and avoiding formality. Local Party committees in the province have focused on applying digital technology , helping to improve transparency and monitoring efficiency.

At the same time, information channels from people's feedback, newspapers, and social networks are also considered important data sources to detect early signs of violations by party organizations and party members.

Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Le Binh Thanh affirmed that inspection and supervision work is a key step in Party building, contributing to improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of cadres and Party members. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission regularly pay attention to leading and directing inspection and supervision work; proactively grasp the situation, warn and prevent violations as soon as they arise, and improve the transparency and effectiveness of Party discipline.

“Economic development programs and plans must be built in line with reality, following the correct procedures, with focus and key points; linking economic development with power control and preventing and combating corruption, negativity and waste; preventing degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, as well as manifestations of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the organization,” Ms. Thanh emphasized.

Along with that, all levels focus on improving the quality of regular supervision, helping party organizations and party members detect and promptly correct violations, limiting the emergence of hot spots. The socio-political situation has also been strengthened, creating a multi-dimensional and effective monitoring network. From October 22 to 25, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission will organize training courses to improve the capacity and expertise of the team working on economic and social issues in the whole province, in order to equip them with new knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of the current period.

With the determination to comprehensively innovate, the work of inspection and supervision is considered a "shield" to prevent violations and a driving force to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party and the political system. Thereby, it contributes to strengthening the trust of cadres, party members and people, creating a solid foundation to build a clean, strong Party organization that operates effectively and efficiently.
