According to the Department of Education and Training, in the 2023 High School Graduation Exam, the whole province mobilized more than 1,700 cadres, teachers, medical staff, police, military , security guards... to participate in exam duties at 23 exam sites in the area.

Accordingly, the whole province has 23 examination sites located in 23 high schools with 419 examination rooms, 60 waiting rooms, and 46 spare examination rooms. The examination site with the largest number of examination rooms and candidates is Phu Ly A High School with 30 examination rooms and 705 candidates registered to take the exam; Ly Nhan High School with 29 examination rooms and 686 candidates registered to take the exam; Phu Ly B High School with 28 examination rooms and 654 candidates registered to take the exam.

The exam site with the fewest exam rooms is Le Hoan High School with 9 exam rooms, 217 registered candidates; Thanh Liem C High School with 11 exam rooms, 259 registered candidates.

Of the 23 testing sites, 10 have candidates from the Continuing Education Center and vocational schools in the province. The Ha Nam Provincial Examination Council has arranged 1,384 officers and teachers to invigilate, monitor, and inspect the test.

In addition, at the examination sites there are also 365 police officers, soldiers, medical staff and security guards on duty.

Up to now, high schools and the Department of Education and Training have disseminated regulations, prepared facilities, made a list of supervisors and exam invigilators; coordinated with the inspection team to inspect security camera surveillance equipment, unseal, install hard drives, set real-time and re-seal security camera surveillance storage equipment at all exam sites.

In the 2023 High School Graduation Exam in Ha Nam province, 9,635 candidates registered to take the exam, including 8,178 high school candidates; 1,457 continuing education candidates. The number of candidates taking the exam for graduation purposes only is 42; The number of candidates taking the graduation exam and using the results for university admission is 9,312; The number of high school graduates and intermediate school graduates taking the exam for university and pedagogical college admission purposes only is 281.
