The conference listened to the announcement of the Decisions of the Standing Committee (STV) of the Provincial Federation of Labor on the reorganization of the apparatus, including: Decision to dissolve the Trade Union at the level directly above the grassroots level, ending the activities of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee (EC), Inspection Committee (IC) of the Labor Federation, including: Decision to dissolve the Labor Federation and end the activities of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, and Inspection Committee of the Labor Federation of Phu Ly City, Thanh Liem District Labor Federation, Ly Nhan District Labor Federation, Kim Bang Town Labor Federation, Duy Tien Town Labor Federation, Binh Luc District Labor Federation, Provincial Industrial Parks Union, Provincial Party Agencies Union, Provincial People's Committee Union from June 26, 2025; Decision to receive grassroots Trade Unions and union members: receive 807 grassroots trade unions with 129,227 union members under the Labor Federations of districts, towns, and cities as of June 26, 2025; Trade Unions of Provincial Party agencies, Provincial People's Committee Trade Union, and Provincial Industrial Park Trade Unions will return to the Provincial Federation of Labor from June 26, 2025.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor presented Decisions to units ending their activities; said goodbye to comrades who transferred jobs, retired early, resigned; said goodbye to comrades who stopped participating in the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, term XIII.

The leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged the contributions of cadres, civil servants and workers who have been with the organization over the past time, contributing to the good performance of the tasks of the trade union organizations at all levels. At the same time, they requested that units urgently deploy tasks according to the new organizational model; ensure smooth, effective and efficient operations without interruption. Quickly develop and implement operating regulations and work programs; arrange and organize the apparatus to well meet the tasks in the current period.
