According to Prof. Nguyen The Toan ( Hanoi National University; Head of the organizing committee ), this is the third international scientific conference on nano-life held in Vietnam (the previous two were in 2023 and 2024).
This year, the conference was honored to welcome many of the world's leading scholars such as: Prof. Curtis Callan (Princeton University, USA), Prof. Anthony Watts (Oxford University, UK)... Scientists focused on exchanging and analyzing opportunities and challenges in research and application.
In Vietnam, many nano-life science research programs are being implemented, focusing on nanomedicine, molecular nano-biosystems and biosensors. Modern techniques such as FRET, FLIM, AFM, Cryo-EM, TEM, SEM and advanced optical microscopy methods (TIRFM, Confocal, STED, PALM, STORM) are widely applied.
In addition, the field of computation and artificial intelligence, especially deep learning, is also promoted with molecular dynamics simulations, NMA analysis and modern tools...

At the conference, the reports were presented in a way that was both educational and published the latest research results, suitable for advanced postgraduate programs. The event had 100 poster reports and short reports from domestic and international scientific associations.
The workshop created a forum for delegates to share experiences, discuss new trends, and expand international cooperation, thereby contributing to affirming Vietnam's position in nano-life science research on the global map.

At the workshop, Ms. Vo Cao Thi Mong Hoai, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Gia Lai province, affirmed that this is an important forum for scientists to exchange academic knowledge, expand research cooperation and share knowledge.
This year, the event has special significance as it officially launched the Vietnam Biophysics Association, marking an important step forward in building an interdisciplinary scientific community, while opening up many opportunities for international cooperation, contributing to enhancing the position of Vietnamese science.
Launch of the Vietnam Association of Physiology
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee announced the launching event of the Vietnam Biophysics Association, directed by Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Huy (Phenikaa University), headquartered at ICISE.
Although newly established, the Vietnam Biophysics Association has been approved by the International Union of Pure and Applied Biophysics - IUPAB (located in Switzerland) to join IUPAB.

This is considered an important step forward in building an interdisciplinary scientific community in physics and biology in Vietnam, thereby opening up domestic and international research and training cooperation links.
