More than 38,000 rural households in Ha Tinh have access to clean water.

(Baohatinh.vn) - With efforts in expanding the network, the Ha Tinh Center for Clean Water and Rural Environmental Sanitation has now provided clean water to more than 38,000 households in the whole province.

More than 38,000 rural households in Ha Tinh have access to clean water.

By effectively managing, operating and exploiting 9 centralized water supply projects, in the first 8 months of 2025, the Ha Tinh Center for Clean Water and Rural Environmental Sanitation increased 17,665 customers, bringing the total number of clean water customers in the province to more than 38,000 households.

To provide water regularly, continuously, and ensure quality for these customers, the center has increased direction for water supply teams to review, synthesize, repair, and deploy effective measures to prevent water loss.

The water supply plant system is upgraded and maintained regularly to ensure continuous, quality water supply for people.

Accordingly, since the beginning of the year, 1,092 damaged points have been repaired throughout the entire pipeline network; 612 meters have been relocated, 1,358 meters have been located, and 320 meters have been sealed with lead.

Currently, the center is implementing a number of projects to upgrade and repair centralized water supply works to improve the quality of water sources serving customers, contributing to completing the criteria for building new rural areas in localities.
