Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Provincial Social Policy Bank

Over the past 9 months, the Board of Directors of the Provincial Bank for Social Policies (BSP) has directed the Provincial Bank for Social Policies Branch and the local Board of Representatives to proactively and actively carry out the assigned political tasks and planning targets; successfully organize the program "Savings Week - joining hands for the poor", creating a ripple effect throughout the province.

Immediately after the two-level local government came into operation, the Representative Board proactively advised and proposed to arrange transaction points in communes and wards to serve the people. By September 30, 2025, the loan turnover was over VND 1,580 billion, with over 22,230 customers receiving loans. The total outstanding debt reached over VND 7,244 billion with 119,412 households still having outstanding loans. In the past 9 months, loans were provided to 22,230 customers, focusing on programs such as: Poor households, near-poor households, production loans, clean water supply and rural sanitation programs... The number of workers created jobs was over 3,000 people, 51 people went to work abroad. Investment in developing livestock, poultry, fruit trees, and machinery and tools was over VND 34 billion.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Dang Ngoc Hau requested the Representative Board to continue to closely follow the documents of the Central Committee, promptly advise on the issuance of policies to ensure compliance with regulations, especially when implementing a two-level government. Develop a resolution on labor support and create a source of labor to work abroad. Focus on disbursing allocated capital sources to ensure the right beneficiaries, completing the central plan. Strengthen the implementation of internal inspection and control, overcome shortcomings and limitations to improve the quality of operations. At the same time, continue to promote propaganda and dissemination of the Party and State's policies and guidelines on social credit to members and people, especially for preferential credit programs of the Government .
