According to the memorandum, the parties will cooperate in implementing joint activities in teaching, training, human resource development and scientific research. In teaching and training, the parties will coordinate in developing training content and materials, exchanging lecturers and learners according to the needs and capacities of each party for all training programs of each party. In scientific research, the parties will build a mechanism to coordinate the development and implementation of research in areas of common interest, creating conditions for staff, employees and learners of both sides to participate in research.
The parties agreed to develop lecturer and expert exchange programs that are suitable to the needs and capabilities of each party. In addition, they will also coordinate to organize seminars, forums, workshops, student support programs, career guidance, connections, internship programs, and recruitment cooperation...
This cooperation not only helps improve the quality of training and research but also optimizes resources and strengthens the capacity of medical examination, treatment and health care in Vietnam.

The signing of the cooperation agreement at a time when the head of the health sector assessed that it had all the factors of "heavenly time, favorable location, and favorable people" was expected to contribute to strengthening public-private cooperation in the health sector; improving training of health human resources; promoting the model of institute-school cooperation... as well as opening up many development opportunities for all parties.
As the coordinating agency for implementing Resolution 72/NQ-TW of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health, the Ministry of Health will actively support so that cooperation contents will be concretized through specific programs and products.
"This is a common task of the health sector, so relevant units under the Ministry of Health will support to achieve many specific results, which can be a model that can be expanded to other units," Minister Dao Hong Lan emphasized.
