At the end of August, under the direction of the Provincial Military Command, the 1-side, 2-level Command - Staff exercise on the map of the Defense Command of Region 6 - An Nhon Dong was successfully conducted.

To achieve that result, the Defense Command of Area 6 - An Nhon Dong has prepared a complete set of documents according to regulations, ensuring a good location for the exercise. Organized training for the exercise framework and rehearsed some contents before entering the official exercise.
During the practice process, meetings are conducted in accordance with procedures and principles, resolutions are made accurately, and the principles and methods in handling situations are firmly grasped. From there, the role of the exercise framework in each exercise stage and each training issue is promoted well.
According to Colonel To Bac - Commander of the Defense Command of Region 6 - An Nhon Dong, the exercise met the requirements of the actual situation, promoted collective intelligence, the role of the Party Committee, the commander, the chair, flexibly applied theoretical principles to practice, in line with the new model associated with the operation of 2-level local government, and handled situations well.
Previously, the provincial Military Command and its affiliated units conducted training to transition to combat readiness in 2025.
Agencies and units correctly and fully implement the steps in transitioning to combat readiness; the commander's actions to the agencies are in the right order, scientific , concise, clear and closely follow the operational scenario. The commander's methods and style are resolute, close to the actual situation, well applying theory and practice, handling situations flexibly and creatively, closely following the actual situation of the unit and localities.
Colonel Nguyen The Vinh, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, said: "Through this exercise, we will test and evaluate the actual level, combat and staff capabilities of military agencies for local Party committees and authorities after the merger and reorganization of the apparatus; promptly correct shortcomings, and improve the effectiveness of staff work of the armed forces in defense situations."
Training is focused, close to the task and location
Directly inspecting the 1st Mechanized Reconnaissance Company on September 9, Colonel Dinh Van The - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, requested the officers and soldiers of the unit to promote the tradition of "Going without traces, cooking without smoke, speaking without sound" of the reconnaissance soldiers. From there, the unit must maintain a disciplined training regime, train will, physical strength, and expertise; every action must be skillful, accurate, flexible, and proficient.

In training, the Provincial Military Command has focused on innovating the content and methods of training and exercises; taking the training and development of training staff as the key. Organizing combat training for troops is carried out in many conditions and environments and is comprehensively applied in training both regular troops, reserve soldiers and militia.
Colonel Nguyen The Vinh added: The unit focuses on implementing the motto "Basic - Practical - Solid", flexibly and creatively applying 3 viewpoints, 8 principles, 6 combinations when organizing training for subjects. Closely combine training with political education; training has a focus, key points, close to the task, subject, area, combat environment and combat reality, has high intensity, combines theory with practice, in which practice is the main. Thanks to that, in the period of 2020 - 2025, 100% of annual inspection results meet the requirements; the rate of good and excellent is over 79.12%, an increase of 3.62% compared to the previous period.
Following the direction of superiors and the actual situation of the unit, the units under the Provincial Border Guard have built a serious training schedule, lesson plans, and statistics; organized the implementation to ensure the content, time, and number of troops, meeting the requirements of border management, protection, crime prevention, combat readiness, and building a strong and comprehensive unit.
Colonel Tran Tien Hai - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command - affirmed: "The training work of the Border Guard has had a strong change, becoming systematic, close to reality, effective, well implementing the viewpoints, goals, tasks, and requirements set out. Officers and soldiers are always mentally assured, well determined to their tasks, upholding responsibility in their work, and completing assigned tasks well."
