For the people

People who need to travel to Hanoi city, the central area of Hanoi city to observe and monitor the activities of A80 should proactively update information on vehicle gathering points arranged by the Organizing Committee and travel recommendations, as follows:

- People from localities entering Hanoi city who need to go through the western gateway routes should minimize traveling on National Highway 21A (from the intersection with National Highway 32 to Cho Ben intersection), National Highway 6, Thang Long Avenue, National Highway 32 to serve the marching groups and force mobilization; use other alternative routes when moving into the center of Hanoi city (recommended to move to the southern, southeast, northeast and northern gateway areas of the city to enter the central area).

- People from localities move into Hanoi city through the southern gateway routes (National Highway 1A, Phap Van - Cau Gie Expressway...), the southeast (National Highway 5A, Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway), the northeast (National Highway 3, Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway, Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway) and the north (National Highway 2, Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway) following the routes into Hanoi's inner city.

To the areas outside Ring Road 3 and Ring Road 2, limit traffic to the inner areas; park at the vehicle gathering points arranged by the Organizing Committee, prioritize the use of public transport, especially the elevated train (Line 2A Cat Linh-Ha Dong: from Yen Nghia station - Ha Dong ward to Cat Linh station - O Cho Dua ward; Line 3 Nhon - Hanoi station: from Nhon station - Tay Tuu ward to Cau Giay station - Giang Vo ward) and move on foot on some streets in Ba Dinh, Hoan Kiem, Cua Nam, Hai Ba Trung, Giang Vo, Ngoc Ha wards and locations around Ba Dinh Square.
