Instructions for the Peak Month "For the Poor" in 2025

Accordingly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels develop plans to organize activities during the peak month "For the Poor" in accordance with the local situation, in order to create resources to help poor households, near-poor households, households in especially difficult circumstances, and poor communities; giving priority to supporting those in especially difficult communes, border areas, areas damaged by storms and floods, and remote areas.

Along with that, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels coordinates to mobilize agencies, organizations, individuals, businesses, entrepreneurs... to effectively implement social security programs in direct form or by supporting with specific addresses at the request of organizations and businesses.

Socio -political organizations, based on the actual situation in their agencies and units, have appropriate forms of propaganda and mobilization. Organizations issue directives and instructions within their organizational system to coordinate in implementing the "For the Poor" Peak Month and mobilize cadres, union members, and association members to support the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels; coordinate with the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels and local authorities to implement the program of building Great Solidarity houses, eliminating dilapidated houses, supporting livelihoods... for poor households who are union members and association members of their organizations.

The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front requested the Front at all levels to focus on propaganda to raise awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors, businesses, organizations and individuals to join in helping the poor and poor communities; support the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels and social security programs, contributing to the emulation movement "For the Poor - No one is left behind" and the program to mobilize support for building schools for border communes.

The Fatherland Front at all levels needs to organize and implement programs, events and activities suitable to local conditions and situations to call for and mobilize resources to help the poor, near-poor, people in especially difficult circumstances, poor communities, prioritizing areas damaged by storms and floods, remote areas, border areas, islands...
