Tien Yen district launched a special emulation movement in 2025

On December 31, Tien Yen district held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2024; deploy directions and tasks for 2025; launch a special emulation movement to welcome Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Promoting the spirit of patriotic emulation with the theme of work in 2024: "Improving the quality of economic growth; developing culture, people rich in Quang Ninh identity", Party committees and local authorities have proactively and actively organized and implemented emulation movements. The emulation movement for socio-economic development in 2024 in the district continues to achieve many outstanding marks . Many new models and methods have been deployed and replicated. Total state budget revenue in 2024 reached more than 146 billion VND. Social security work is taken care of, thoughtfully and promptly, the whole district has no poor households according to the criteria of the Central Government and the criteria of the province. The work of ensuring political security, social order and safety, fighting and preventing crimes related to drugs, economy, resources, minerals and the environment, protecting state secrets, network security, and information security is strengthened and strictly managed. The new rural construction program has achieved important and comprehensive results and has been recognized by the Prime Minister as meeting advanced new rural standards in 2023.

The Provincial People's Committee awarded the Emulation Flag to the people and officials of Dong Rui commune for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement of the Commune and Town Block.

Launching a special emulation movement to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, Tien Yen district focuses on key contents: Continuing to thoroughly grasp and creatively apply to strive to successfully complete the set socio-economic development goals and tasks : Production value growth rate in 2025 reaches 13.5% or more; striving for state budget revenue in the area to increase by 14% compared to the provincial estimate; total social investment capital in the area to increase by 17% or more; 100% of communes meet advanced new rural standards, 60% of communes meet model new rural standards.

Promote patriotic emulation movements in the field of Party building that is clean and strong in politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres, associated with Party rectification, prevention, containment and repression of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" . Focus on developing trade and services associated with comprehensive digital transformation. Pay attention to and take care of the development of education , training and health; improve the quality of human resources associated with job creation and increase stable income for rural workers. Promote emulation movements in the field of national defense and security; strengthen propaganda about patriotic emulation movements.

Localities, agencies and units signed emulation covenants in 2025.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded the Emulation Flag to the collective of people and cadres of Dong Rui commune; 04 units achieving the title of "Excellent Labor Collective" were awarded certificates of merit; many collectives and individuals with achievements in the emulation movement in 2024 were commended by the province and district.

At the conference, representatives of localities, agencies and units signed a competition covenant for 2025.
