iPhone 17 and iPhone Air have another error that makes many users upset

(Dan Tri) - After encountering errors related to the camera and WiFi connection, the iPhone 17 series has made many users upset because of additional problems related to Apple Intelligence artificial intelligence features.

According to many users' feedback on social networking platforms as well as on Apple's online support forum, Apple Intelligence artificial intelligence features could not be activated on their devices.

These users said they received a notification asking them to download Apple Intelligence to continue using AI features on their iPhones. However, they actually updated to the latest iOS 26 platform and installed the Apple Intelligence toolkit.

Some other users proceeded to download Apple Intelligence as requested, but the download took a long time and could not complete.

This problem is mainly encountered on iPhone 17, but some iPhone 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max and iPhone Air users also report the same problem.

Technology site MacRumors said that Apple has acknowledged user feedback and pledged to fix the problem through an upcoming update.

This is the latest error to appear on the iPhone 17 series. Previously, Apple's new generation of iPhones also encountered camera errors and unstable WiFi connection errors.

Apple Intelligence is a series of artificial intelligence (AI) features developed by Apple for its devices, first introduced in June 2024 and officially launched to users in October of the same year.

However, Apple Intelligence's AI features are not highly appreciated by technology experts and users because their processing capabilities are inferior to AI features equipped on smartphones running the Android platform.
