End of operations, merger of many Party organizations, establishment of 2 new Party Committees

On February 17, the Standing Committee of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee announced many decisions related to the organization and personnel work.

According to the decisions announced by Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Nguyen Van Va, the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee decided to end the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc and the Provincial Cadre Health Care Protection Board.

At the same time, the activities of 8 Party delegations (Party delegation of the Provincial People's Council; Party delegation of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Party delegation of the Provincial Women's Union; Party delegation of the Provincial Labor Federation; Party delegation of the Provincial Farmers' Association; Party delegation of the Provincial Veterans' Association; Party delegation of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations; Party delegation of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association) ended, 3 Party executive committees (Party executive committee of the Provincial People's Committee; Party executive committee of the Provincial People's Court; Party executive committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy).

Also according to the announced decisions, the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term directly under the Provincial Party Committee, including Party Committees and Party cells in specialized advisory and assistance agencies, public service units of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, the People's Procuracy, the People's Court, mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State at the provincial level and Party organizations of specialized advisory and assistance agencies of the Party Committee, socio-political organizations of the Provincial Party Agencies Bloc...

The Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee agencies for the 2020-2025 term began operating from March 1, 2025. 18 personnel were appointed by the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee to join the Executive Committee, and 9 personnel to join the Standing Committee of the Party Committee.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Quoc Chinh was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Nam Dinh province; Standing Deputy Secretary is Mr. Pham Duy Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, former Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; Full-time Deputy Secretary is Mr. Dinh Xuan Hung, Director of the Department of Transport.

The Standing Committee of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee also decided to establish the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term directly under the Provincial Party Committee, including Party organizations in specialized agencies, public service units under the Provincial People's Committee, State-owned enterprises, Central agencies located in the locality and Party organizations of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee, socio-political organizations of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Party Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term began operating on March 1, 2025. 23 personnel were appointed to the Executive Committee, and 7 personnel to the Standing Committee.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Dinh Nghi was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee; Standing Deputy Secretary is Mr. Tran Anh Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Full-time Deputy Secretary is Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee also decided to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education and Mass Mobilization Committee. The new committee will start operating from March 1, 2025.

Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, was assigned and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. The Department has 5 Deputy Heads who were formerly Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.
